ShapeChef is available only for PowerPoint 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019 and 2021 for Windows. We have looked into developing a Mac version of ShapeChef, but unfortunately, Office for Mac doesn’t provide the necessary interfaces.

The first thing you should check is whether you are using the latest version of ShapeChef. You can do this by clicking the Check for Updates button in the ShapeChef Ribbon.
If your version of ShapeChef is up-to-date, please contact us describing the problem. If possible, please also include the log files (*.log), which you can find under the following file path:
%LocalAppData%\ShapeChef\Logs

To enter the license details, please start PowerPoint, and switch to the “ShapeChef” Ribbon. Next, click the “Enter License Code” button. You can then input the name and license code sent in your order confirmation email.
If the installation was successful but the ShapeChef Ribbon doesn’t appear, it’s possible that the add-in has been disabled by PowerPoint. You can check this by following the steps below:
If ShapeChef appears under Inactive Application Add-ins, you can activate it as follows:
If ShapeChef is in the Disabled Application Add-ins section, you can enable it as follows:
